I want to thank you for replacing the back
window of my car. It was not an easy job,
as there were many parts, and some of
those parts had to be ordered. The staff
was always very polite and made sure I knew
how the work progressed. Although
everyone I spoke with was very helpful,
Robin was my main contact and she was
excellent. Tim Lemay did the work on my
car, and his work was perfect. In fact, my
window is like new.
I want the company to know that your staff
is excellent. I am one of those people who
loves their car...so it meant a lot to me,
after my car was vandalized, to work with
people who were serious about their job and
did excellent work.

Very customer service oriented. I spoke with Kathy. She couldn't match
my lowest price quoted from a competitor over the phone but took my
phone number so she could research a lower price. I then called the
competitor back and was placed on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up.
Kathy called back an hour later and she had a price that was $10.00 over
the competitor's quote. I booked the appointment with Kathy thinking the
extra $10.00 was worth it if I had any problems because I'd much rather
deal with her than be brushed off by the competitor. Kathy called the
morning of the appointment to confirm a 2 hour window, two guys
showed up, and I had a new windshield an hour later. it has already
downpored on my car and I have no leaks. Thank you for making this a
hassle free experience Auto Glass of NE.
